Sobre el autor:
Nacido el 20 de octubre de 1969, pasó sus primeros años en el barrio de Santa Eulalia, en L�Hospitalet de Llobregat. Sus padres le inculcaron interés por todo lo relacionado con la cocina, pero fue su hermano Ferran quien lo introdujo en este mundo. En 1985 Adrià dejó sus estudios y se unió al personal elBulli. Después de un perÃodo de formación de dos años en las distintas partidas de cocina, su interés se centró cada vez más en pastelerÃa. También pasó varios inviernos (cuando el restaurante estaba cerrado) realizando stages en prestigiosas pastelerÃas. En 2008 publicó Natura, un libro que reúne 49 postres inspirados en la naturaleza. Dos años más tarde, con el apoyo de su hermano Ferran Adrià y de los hermanos Iglesias, del RÃas de Galicia, nació Tickets, que ofrece un nuevo concepto de tapas.
